Our place is located in Mustufa Manzil, right there on Relief Road. If you know where Sharda Restaurant is, we are just directly opposite it. It’s a busy area, lots of people moving about all day. We deal with pipes and related stuff. The shop isn't huge, but we manage to keep a lot of stock crammed in the back. Sometimes it takes a minute to find the exact piece someone is looking for. We’ve been here a good while now. Most people around here know us by name. We don't do any big advertising or flashy signs. It’s mostly just people coming in because they heard about us or saw the shop while eating across the street. The traffic on Relief Road is always something else, especially in the afternoons. We spend a lot of time loading and unloading trucks near the entrance. It can get dusty and a bit crowded. We just try to keep things moving. There’s always someone at the counter ready to help out. We don't use fancy computers for everything; sometimes a notebook and a pen do the job better. It’s a straightforward business. We sell pipes, we talk to the regulars, and we go home when the sun goes down. It’s not a complicated setup, just a local shop trying to stay busy and help the neighbors with their plumbing needs.
