Rs Systems is over on Nikol Road. We are situated quite close to the Khudiya Mandir Temple. You can hear the bells ringing during the aarti, which is a nice way to start and end the workday. Nikol Road is always packed with traffic, so there is a constant hum of scooters and cars passing by. Our space is functional and mostly filled with hardware and desks. We don’t have a big fancy sign, just a regular one that lets people know they’ve found the right place. The interior is pretty basic because we care more about getting the work done than how the office looks. We spend our days looking at systems and trying to figure out whatever issues pop up. It’s a busy part of Ahmedabad, so there’s never a dull moment outside. Sometimes we have to step out to the temple area just to get a bit of peace when the phone won't stop ringing. We’ve been here long enough to know the other shopkeepers along Nikol Road. Most of our day is spent at our desks or talking to folks who drop in. We don’t really follow a strict corporate manual. We just handle things as they come and try to keep everything moving. It’s a practical life, working in a busy neighborhood and staying close to the local landmarks that everyone knows. The heat can be tough, but the fans keep us going through the afternoon slump.
