We aren't some big high-rise office with thousands of workers. It’s a smaller setup where we actually know each other's names. We don't spend a lot of money on big ads or glossy flyers. We just think that if you do a decent job, word gets around. That’s how we’ve stayed in business this long. The 380001 area is right in the mix of things. We like being in the city. Sometimes it’s loud and the traffic is a nightmare, but that’s Ahmedabad for you. We just get on with it. Our office is a bit cluttered with paperwork and old files, but we know where everything is. We don't use those corporate phrases like synergy or whatever. We just talk like normal people. If someone has a problem they need managed, they come to us and we see what we can do. It’s a straightforward way of working. We’ve had some tough years and some good ones, but Royal Management is still here. We just take it one day at a time and keep moving forward with the work.
