We are located on the fourth floor of the Dadu Textile Market, specifically in shops 403 and 404. This is right on the Ring Road in the Umarwada area of Surat. As anyone here knows, the textile market is a world of its own. It’s loud, it’s crowded, and it’s always moving. We fit right in with Rivaas Studio Llp. Our space is filled with rolls of fabric, different thread samples, and sketchbooks. We don't have a lot of room to walk around, but we manage. We’ve been in this market for a while and we know most of the other shop owners on our floor. We don't use any high-level business talk here. We just talk about colors, fabrics, and deadlines. It’s a practical environment. The fourth floor can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons, so we usually have the door open to get some air from the corridor. We’re just a small team of designers and assistants. We don't have a polished showroom. People come in, they see us working, and they see the mess of a real studio. We like it that way because it feels honest. We spend our days making sure the designs for the clothes are just right. It’s a lot of staring at small details on a screen or a piece of cloth. When the market finally shuts for the day, we’re usually still there finishing up. We just want to get the work done right every time.
