R Square Design Studio

We are located at No. 3 A in Prem Chand Nagar, which is right across from Popular House and the Income Tax office. It’s a decent spot, though parking can be a bit of a headache during the middle of the day when everyone is at work. Our studio is where we spend our hours drawing and looking at plans. There are usually rolls of paper and samples of materials scattered around the tables. We try to keep it tidy, but when we are in the middle of a project, things tend to pile up. It’s just how we work. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees, just a small group of us who enjoy putting things together. Sometimes we stay late because a design isn't looking right and we want to fix it before going home. You can hear the traffic from the main road outside, but inside we just focus on the sketches. We’ve had this space for a while and the walls are covered with notes and bits of inspiration we’ve picked up. People come in to talk about their houses or shops, and we sit down with some coffee and try to understand what they need. It’s a lot of back and forth, really. We don’t use a lot of big words or complicated talk, we just like to build stuff that looks okay and works for the people using it.
