Ricardo Mtc Uk is over on Garden Lane, right across from Palika Bazaar on B. V. M. Road here in Kalol. It’s a busy spot in the Gandhinagar district. Being near the bazaar means there is always something going on outside our door. There are people shouting, scooters zooming by, and the general hum of the market. Our building is easy to spot once you get onto Garden Lane. Inside, it’s a bit more organized than the street outside, but it still feels like a working office. We have several desks pushed together and a lot of papers everywhere. We do a lot of technical work, so there are computers running all the time. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans on high. We’ve been in this part of Kalol for a while. Everyone around here knows the Palika Bazaar area, so we don’t usually have to give much more direction than that. Sometimes we grab lunch from one of the stalls across the road. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have a fancy corporate lobby with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. It’s a tight-knit group here, and we just focus on getting through the day’s tasks without too much fuss. Gujarat is a busy place for business, and we are just doing our part from this little corner in Kalol. We’ve been at it for years and it feels like home.
