You can find us at 719 on Relief Road, right across from Jhakarriya Masjid. This part of the city is always crowded, and there’s a lot of noise from the traffic. The shop is narrow and packed from floor to ceiling. We know exactly which shelf has what, even if it looks crowded to someone walking in. We deal with a lot of local contractors and plumbers who need reliable stuff for their daily work. It’s not just big tools; we have all the screws and bolts you can think of. We don't have a website or anything like that; we just talk to the people who come through the door. Relief Road is a tough place to park, so most of our customers are used to the hustle. We start early in the morning when the shipments come in. It’s a lot of lifting and moving boxes around. We like being in this part of town because it’s where all the action is. If someone needs a tool to finish a job, they know they can come to us. We keep it simple and just provide the gear that gets the work done. The inventory changes every week, and we're always counting stock to make sure we don't run out. It's a busy life but it keeps us on our toes.
