K. P. Industries

The Gidc Estate is where K. P. Industries is based, specifically at plot L-461. It’s one of those big industrial areas where every building looks a bit the same from the outside, just rows of sheds and gates. Inside the building, though, it’s our own space. We’ve got the machinery set up for our daily production work. It’s a lot of repetitive tasks, but that’s just how manufacturing goes. We show up every morning, pull up the shutters, and start the machines. The Gidc Estate is always humming with noise from all the different factories nearby. You honestly stop noticing it after a few months. Our space isn't huge, but we make the most of the area we have at L-461. We deal with raw materials and try to stay on top of the orders. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and making sure nothing gets jammed. We don't have a big corporate office or anyone in a suit here. If you come by, you'll find us in our work gear, probably covered in a bit of shop dust. We take our tea breaks together and talk about regular things. It’s a steady job and we’ve built a decent routine over the years. The traffic in the estate can be a real mess during the shift changes, but we just work around it. We’re just a small unit doing our part in the industrial zone. It’s basic work, but it keeps us busy.
