Harsh Industries

Harsh Industries is tucked away in the Nilkanth Estate, which is right by the Panjra Pole in the Odhav area. If you know Odhav, you know it’s a place where things are made. There is a lot of dust and the sound of trucks moving in and out of the estate all day long. We have a modest space here. It’s mostly filled with raw materials and the machines we use for our production. It gets quite hot in the summer, but we’ve got some big fans that keep the air moving around the workshop. The team here is small, just a few of us who have worked together for years. We know each other’s families and usually eat lunch together in the small break area near the back door. We don't have a fancy website or a big sales department. Most people find us because they know someone who knows us. Being near Panjra Pole makes it easier to give directions, as everyone in this part of town knows that landmark. Our workshop isn't pretty, but it’s organized in a way that makes sense to us. There is a specific spot for every tool, even if it doesn't look like it to an outsider. We work hard and try to stay out of the way of the bigger trucks in the estate. It’s a basic industrial life. We do the work, load the goods, and start again the next morning. It’s honest and it keeps us busy enough to keep going through the week.
