Recruiter

Our place is called Recruiter, and we are located at 24, New Sharad Society. That’s right near the Vijay Nagar Char Rasta in the Naranpura area of Ahmedabad. It’s a nice, established part of the city. We aren't some giant agency with hundreds of people. It’s a smaller setup where we can actually remember the names of the people we talk to. Our office is part of a society, so it has a very local, neighborly feel to it. We don't go for any of that high-pressure sales stuff. We just look at resumes and try to match them with what companies are asking for. It sounds simple, but it takes up all of our time. Naranpura is a good place to be because it’s easy for people to reach us by bus or rickshaw. We usually have the windows open when the weather is nice. You might hear the local street sounds while we are working. We don't have a polished marketing team or anything like that. We just do our work and hope it helps someone out. Most of our clients have been with us for a while because they know we are just regular folks doing a job. We don't use fancy software if a simple list works better. It is just about getting the job done without any extra fluff or drama.
