Our office is actually located inside Nandan Apartment, specifically in Block B-4, room 409. It is a bit different from your typical corporate office because we are right there in a residential building. It gives the whole place a much more relaxed and neighborly feel than a skyscraper. We do a lot of global coordination and business work from here, which mostly involves being on the computer or the phone for most of the day. Since we are in an apartment complex, we see the same people every day, like the families living next door and the kids playing downstairs in the common areas. It is a quiet environment for the most part, which helps when we need to focus on our tasks. We do not have a big sign out front or a receptionist in a lobby. You just come up to the fourth floor like you are visiting a friend. We have set up our desks and equipment to make the most of the space we have. It is a small team, so we all know each other well and work closely together. Sometimes the power flickers a bit or we have to wait for the water delivery, but that is just part of being in this kind of building. It is a simple way of doing business without all the extra stuff that bigger companies usually have. We just focus on our global projects and try to stay organized.
