Ram Computer is tucked away in the Popular Centre, which is part of Someshwar Complex - 1. We are right near the Shyamal Cross Road, specifically on the 132 Ft Ring Road. It’s a busy part of town, so finding parking can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. The shop is in unit B-236/1. We’ve been here for a good while now. We handle various computer-related tasks, mostly just hardware stuff and some software help. It's a small space, filled with tools and spare monitors. We don't have a front desk person or anything. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever is working on a machine at the time. We aren't interested in sounding like a big company. We are just a local shop near the ring road. People stop by on their way home from work quite a bit. The 132 Ft Ring Road is always moving, so there’s a lot of energy outside. Inside, it's a bit quieter, just the sound of fans and clicking keys. We fix laptops, desktops, and whatever else comes our way. Sometimes it’s a quick fix, other times we have to keep the machine overnight. We just tell people the truth about what’s wrong with their computers. It’s a basic setup, no bells or whistles. We just like fixing things and helping the folks who live and work around Shyamal Cross Road. It's what we do every day without much fuss.
