Radhika Overseas/Shreeji Corporation

Our office is located at 1 Nishka Avenue, which is right across from the Pizza Hut on C G Road. We are near the Swastik Cross Roads in Navrangpura. It’s a pretty central spot in the city. We go by Radhika Overseas or Shreeji Corporation depending on what part of the business we are handling. It’s not a very big operation, just a few rooms where we manage our paperwork and talk to suppliers. The area outside is always busy with people going to eat or shopping, so there’s always something happening. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at documents. It isn’t the most exciting work, but it is what we know how to do. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a bit of noise, and the desks are usually piled with folders. We’ve been in Navrangpura for a while now. Most of our days are spent coordinating things and making sure everything gets where it needs to go. We don't have a big showroom or anything like that, it’s more of a functional space for our work. People usually come to see us for business reasons rather than just browsing. It’s a bit tucked away in the building, but once you find Nishka Avenue, it’s easy. We just focus on getting the day’s tasks done and keeping things moving. It’s a plain, honest way to make a living. I guess we've been doing this for long enough that it just feels like second nature to everyone in the office.
