R World

R World is situated right near the Adalaj G. S Highway. Being so close to the highway means there's always a lot of dust and noise, but it's a convenient spot for people passing through. We've been here for a while now, handling all sorts of retail and service needs for the locals and travelers alike. It’s a decent sized place. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's mostly just us making sure the shelves stay stocked and the floor stays clean, though the dust from the highway makes that a constant battle. We open up early and usually stay late. I’ve lived around here most of my life, so I know a lot of the folks who stop in. We talk about the weather or the traffic on the G. S Highway while we work. It’s a plain, honest business. We don't try to be anything we aren't. Sometimes the deliveries are late or the weather gets too hot, and we just deal with it as it comes. It's a lot of manual work and being on our feet all day. We have a small back room where we take breaks and have some water. It’s not a fancy office job, but it feels good to be working in the community. People know they can just walk in and we’ll help them out with whatever they're looking for. That is basically us.
