Propritor

Our office is at 6 Dr Anklesharia Block, right near Preyas School in Khanpur, Ahmedabad. It’s an older part of the city, so the buildings have a bit of character and history to them. Propritor has been operating out of this space for a long time. It’s a very central location, which makes it easy for people to find us, though parking can sometimes be a bit of a nightmare during school hours. We don't have a big staff. It is a small operation where everyone does a bit of everything. Whether it's answering the phone, handling the accounts, or meeting with someone who walked in off the street, we just handle it as it comes. The rooms have high ceilings and it stays fairly cool even when the Ahmedabad heat is at its worst. We aren't into big speeches or trying to look more important than we are. We just provide the services people expect from a local business in Khanpur. Most of our clients are people from around the neighborhood or those who have known us for years. It’s the kind of place where you can get a straight answer without a lot of fluff. We keep the files organized, the tea hot, and the work moving forward. That’s about all there is to say about us, really. It is a modest setup, but it works for what we need to do on a daily basis.
