You’ll find us on the 8th floor of Shivalik High Street, which is right near the Keshav Baug area in Vastrapur. Being up so high gives us a pretty good view of Ahmedabad, though we’re usually too focused on our monitors to look out the window much. Promore Technologies isn't one of those massive tech firms with thousands of employees and a gym in the basement. It’s just a handful of us who like coding and solving tech problems. The elevators in this building can be a bit slow in the morning, so a few of us have started showing up a bit early just to avoid the crowd. Our office space is pretty standard—desks, chairs, a lot of tangled wires, and a fridge that’s mostly full of cold drinks for the afternoon heat. We don't bother with fancy presentations or trying to impress people with tech jargon. If someone asks what we do, we just say we build stuff that works on the web. We spend a lot of time testing things, breaking them, and then fixing them again. It’s a bit repetitive, but it’s what we’re good at. The Vastrapur area is always lively, so there’s always somewhere to go for a quick walk when our brains get stuck on a piece of code.
