It’s been a while since we set up here in Maninagar. People know Professor Thakar around this part of Ahmedabad. It's just a small space really. Nothing fancy at all. Usually, there’s a lot of papers scattered around and the chairs aren't always in a straight line. We’ve been at this address for quite some time now, just helping kids out with their studies. Ahmedabad is busy. This corner in Maninagar stays focused. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside, but inside we just try to get the work done. It isn't a big corporate setup with shiny glass walls. It’s more about sitting down and actually looking at the books. I spend most of my mornings getting things ready before the students start coming in. The fan usually makes a bit of a clicking sound, but nobody seems to mind. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just making sure the lessons are understood. Some days are long, especially when exams are near. We just drink a lot of tea and keep going. If you walk past the main road, you'll find us tucked away. It’s a simple routine, day in and day out. Nothing is scripted here. We just talk to the parents, show the kids where to sit, and start the day's work. That's pretty much how things go at Professor Thakar. It's just local people doing local work. We usually have some biscuits with our tea in the afternoon. The street outside is dusty but familiar.
