If you know the Bhuyangdev Char Rasta area, you’ve probably driven past us a hundred times without really noticing. We are right in the middle of a residential block, so it feels more like a house than a big tech office. The morning commute is just a short walk for some of us, which is a big plus given the traffic around the crossroads. Inside, the space is pretty basic. We’ve got our computers set up on long tables and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint eventually. It gets busy during the day when the neighborhood wakes up. You can hear the sounds of the street, cars honking, and people talking outside. It keeps things from feeling too quiet or lonely. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just handling the work that comes our way day by day. Most of us have been here since we started, so the group is pretty tight. We usually eat lunch together at the back table. Sometimes someone brings in snacks from the local market nearby. It’s just a normal job in a normal neighborhood. We don’t have fancy lobby furniture or a receptionist. If you knock, one of us will just get up and open the door. It’s simple and it works for what we need to do to get by every day.
