Precision Moulded Components

We are based out of 162/22 Shankarnag Road in the Virat Nagar area. It’s very close to Bommanahalli. We make a lot of different plastic components here using our injection moulds. The machines run for most of the day and they make a steady, low humming sound that you get used to. It gets pretty warm in the factory section where the heat is. We have big plastic bins full of different pieces we’ve already finished. Some are very small parts, and others are quite large. We spend a lot of our time checking the machines and making sure everything is running the way it should be. The floor is usually covered in little bits of plastic by the afternoon. We make sure to sweep it all up at the end of every work shift. We’ve been here on Hong Sandra Road for quite a while now. It’s a busy industrial neighborhood with lots of trucks coming and going all day. We have a small office room in the front part of the building where we handle the orders and the phones. It’s a bit quieter in there than in the back room. We aren't doing anything fancy or complicated. Just making the parts that people need for their products. Most of us have worked here for several years. We know exactly how the machines act when they get tired or hot. We just fix them and keep going. It’s honest work for us.
