We have been based at 17, Raviraj Duplex for a good number of years now. Most people around here know the India Colony Approach area, and it definitely stays busy during the day in Bapunagar. We mostly handle computer repairs and technical issues that people bring into the shop. It is not a very big office, just a workspace where we keep all our tools, screws, and spare parts. Most of our days start with opening the shutters and seeing who is already waiting outside with a laptop that won't turn on or a printer making strange noises. We have seen just about every kind of tech problem you can think of over the years. Sometimes folks come in just to ask a quick question about some software they can't get to work. We try to keep things simple because technology is confusing enough as it is for most people. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we first moved into this duplex. There is a lot more traffic on the streets now, but the people living around here are still the same. We do not have any fancy receptionists or polished sales staff. It is just us sitting at the benches working on screens and messy circuit boards. Sometimes it gets a bit cluttered with cables all over the floor, but that is just the way it goes when you are fixing stuff. We spend a lot of time testing things before people take them back.
