Aarti Organic

Aarti Organic is located over at Plot No. 273/1/3 & 5 in Phase-2, GIDC, Vatva. We have been in this part of the industrial estate for a long time, and we’ve seen the neighbors change over the years. Our setup is spread across those couple of plots, which gives us enough room to handle the daily operations without tripping over each other. It’s a standard industrial site, nothing too special to look at from the outside, but it works for us. Most of the staff live nearby, so we’ve become a bit of a tight-knit group. Working with organics means we have to stay focused on what’s happening in the tanks and pipes all day. There is always something that needs fixing or a valve that needs turning. We don't spend much time on fancy meetings or writing long reports. Instead, we spend our hours on the floor, making sure the orders are packed and the yard is kept relatively tidy. The GIDC in Vatva is a loud place, full of energy and dust, and we are right in the middle of it. Sometimes things go wrong, like a machine breaking down on a Monday morning, and we just have to figure it out as we go. It’s a regular life here, filled with hard work and the occasional cup of tea during a break. We just focus on getting the day's load out and getting home.
