Shrill Organic Industries

We spend most of our time at Plot No. 3108 in Phase-4 of the GIDC here in Vatva. It’s a busy corner of the industrial estate and things usually get moving quite early in the morning when the first trucks start lining up. Shrill Organic Industries has been operating from this spot for a while now. The building isn't anything fancy to look at, just a regular industrial setup with concrete walls and a heavy gate that we pull shut every evening. Most of us have worked here for years and we know the shortcuts through Vatva by heart. Sometimes the power goes out or the dust from the road gets inside, but we just deal with it and keep working. There’s a small desk in the front where the paperwork gets done and the rest of the space is for the actual work. We don't really have a fancy lobby or a receptionist greeting people. Usually, you’ll just find someone in their work clothes moving around. The rain can be a bit of a mess around Phase-4 during the monsoon season, making the roads muddy, but it's just part of being in this area. We have a tea stall just down the road where we go for breaks. It’s a plain place, but it works for what we do every day. Nothing is ever perfect, but we get through the lists and make sure the orders are ready to go out on time.
