Our place, Hiro Nisha Systems Pvt. Ltd., is located at Plot No. 2113. It's right in the heart of Phase-3 in Vatva. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always noise from the neighboring units. We have a decent sized building where we set up our systems and do our technical work. It’s not very glamorous. There are wires and parts scattered around on the workbenches. We try to keep things organized, but when you're in the middle of a project, it gets messy. We’ve been operating from this GIDC location for a good while. Most of us here have a background in technical stuff. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and putting things together. The tea stall down the street is where we usually end up during breaks. You get to know all the other workers from the nearby plots that way. We don't spend money on fancy marketing. People usually hear about us through word of mouth or they just see the building when they’re driving by. We handle the day-to-day tasks as they come. Some days are slow, others we can't keep up with the phone calls. We just keep our heads down and do the job at 2113. It’s a steady pace. No one here wears a suit, just regular work clothes that can handle some grease and dust. We like the work we do and we plan to stay right here for years to come.
