J. D. Engineers

Our workshop is over at Plot No. 279/1/A in Phase-2 of the GIDC area in Vatva. It's a typical engineering setup where we spend most of our hours. J. D. Engineers is basically a group of people who like fixing things and making parts. We aren't really into big corporate meetings or anything like that. Instead, we spend our time on the floor, dealing with the actual metal and machinery. Phase-2 is quite a large area, and we’ve seen it change a lot over the years. Some days are long, especially when a machine breaks down or a deadline is tight, but that is just the nature of this work. We prefer it this way, keeping it simple and direct. The dust and the noise are just part of the daily routine here. We have a small crew, and everyone knows what they're supposed to do without being told twice. We don't have a big marketing department, we just rely on the fact that we’ve been here for a long time. When someone needs engineering work done, they usually just drop by the plot. It’s a practical way of doing business that works for us. We don’t try to sound more important than we are. We are just a local shop in Vatva trying to do a decent job every day of the week, through the heat and the busy seasons. We just keep our heads down and focus on the machines.
