Aries Organics Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No. 441 in Phase-2 of the GIDC in Vatva. It’s a busy corner of the industrial estate. Most of us arrive early to beat the heat and get a head start on the day's tasks. The building isn't brand new, but it serves its purpose well. We have rooms set up for handling organic materials and a lot of different containers stacked up in the storage area. Walking around the plot, you’ll see people busy with different stages of the process. It's not a place where you'll find people in suits; we mostly wear work clothes that can handle a bit of wear and tear. The GIDC area in Vatva has its own rhythm, with trucks coming in and out at all hours. We’ve gotten used to the noise of the neighboring plots over the years. Our workspace at Plot 441 is where the real work happens. We focus on the organic side of things, checking our materials and making sure the output is what it should be. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it requires a good eye for detail. We don't spend much time on the computer unless it's for the basic logs. Mostly, we are on our feet, moving between the different stations. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living, and we’ve been doing it this way for a while now.
