Our shop is located at 17, Balaji Layout in Kaggadaspura. We called the business Personal Care because that’s exactly what we focus on every day. It’s a small operation, mostly just a few of us making sure the shelves are stocked and people get what they need. We deal with all those little things people use daily but don't always think about until they run out. Kaggadaspura has changed a lot over the years, getting much busier, but our little corner in Balaji Layout stays pretty much the same. We have boxes arriving most mornings, and we spend a lot of time unpacking and checking lists. It’s not fancy work, but it keeps us busy. Sometimes the delivery truck blocks the narrow road for a minute, and we have to hurry to get things inside. We know most of the neighbors by name now. They pop in for a quick chat or to pick up something they forgot. The lighting inside isn't the brightest, and the back room is a bit cramped with all the inventory, but it works for us. We don't go in for big advertisements or anything like that. People just find us by word of mouth or by walking past on their way home. It’s a simple life running a small shop like this. We just try to stay organized and keep the doors open on time for whoever needs us.
