Performance Management Consulting

We are located on the second floor of the Bhattad Tower, which is at number 30 Westcott Road in Royapettah. The stairs are a bit steep, so most people just wait for the lift, even though it’s only two floors up. It is a busy building with a lot of different offices. At Performance Management Consulting, we spend a lot of time looking at charts and talking to managers about how their staff is doing. It’s not as exciting as it sounds, but it keeps us busy. The Royapettah traffic outside is always humming, and you can hear the horns even through the glass windows. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and that’s usually where the best conversations happen. The office is mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of printed reports stacked in the corners. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of people. It’s just a small group of us who have been doing this for a long time. We know the local businesses around here pretty well. Sometimes we go down to the street to get some snacks in the evening when the work gets a bit much. The carpet in the hallway is starting to fray at the edges, and the air conditioner makes a weird clicking sound every twenty minutes, but we’re used to it. It’s a decent place to work and we get through the files one by one. There is no point in complicating things.
