We operate mainly through our post box, number 2987. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned way of doing things, but it works for us. Our small office isn't a place where customers usually walk in off the street. Instead, we spend our time going through the mail and handling orders that come in from all over. It’s a quiet way to run a business, just focusing on the paperwork and making sure every request gets answered. We deal with various items and supplies, and our days are mostly spent at the desk, typing out invoices or checking stock levels in the storeroom. It’s just a few of us here, and we’ve been doing this for long enough that we have a bit of a rhythm. We don't have a big storefront with a neon sign. Most of our work is done behind the scenes, packing up boxes and getting them ready for the courier. It’s practical and straightforward. Sometimes the mail is light, and other days the desk is covered in envelopes. We just take it as it comes. It might seem a bit slow to some people, but we like the steady pace of it. We keep our records in big binders and make sure everything is sorted correctly by the end of the day. There is something satisfying about clearing the desk before we head home. We just try to keep things organized so that every order goes out to the right person.
