Peninsula Electronics

The shop is located right at No.2 in Kodihalli, and being so close to Airport Road means we hear the planes going over all day. It’s a bit of an older building here in the Hall Ii Stage Po area, but it works for what we do. Inside, it’s mostly shelves filled with parts and some benches where we tinker with things. Peninsula Electronics can be tricky, so there’s always a soldering iron warming up or a pile of wires that needs sorting. We’ve been here for a good while, and most of the people who come in are locals who know where to find us. It isn't a huge showroom like the ones you see in the malls. It’s more of a practical space where we spend the day testing circuits and checking our inventory. Sometimes the lights flicker when the weather is bad, but we just keep going. It gets a bit crowded when a big shipment comes in, and we have to stack boxes wherever they fit. We don't really do much fancy advertising. Most people just see the sign when they're driving toward the airport or they hear about us from a neighbor. The mornings are usually spent answering the phone and trying to find specific components that someone asked for the day before. It’s a lot of small tasks that fill up the hours until we close up for the night. We aren't trying to be big, just staying busy in Kodihalli.
