Peerless Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Millennium House, specifically in Block-C, 36/37. We are located on M. K. Srinivasan Nagar Main Road, which is part of the whole Perungudi stretch on Old Mahabalipuram Road. If you’ve ever been on OMR, you know the traffic is something else entirely. Our office is a place where we spend a lot of time looking at data and handling various biotech related tasks. It’s not all labs and white coats; there is a lot of regular office work involved too. We have our desks set up in a way that’s comfortable enough for the long hours we put in. The building itself is quite busy with other companies, so there’s always someone coming or going in the hallways. We usually have lunch together in the break area, talking about everything except work for a few minutes. The heat in Chennai can get pretty intense, so the air conditioning is our best friend during the summer months. We don't really have a fancy reception area or anything like that. It’s just a workspace where we try to stay on top of our orders and research. People often call us to check on shipments or ask about technical details, and we do our best to give them a straight answer. It’s a steady environment, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the industrial park around us over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
