Patni Computer Systems Limited, Gandhinagar

Our office is at C/246, Adishwarnagar. We’re right opposite Satyam High School on Nikol Road in the Naroda area of Ahmedabad. Even though the name says Gandhinagar, this is where we do the work. It’s a busy part of Gujarat. We deal with computer systems and all the technical stuff that comes with that. The office is usually full of people on their computers. It’s not a high-tech lab like you see in movies; it’s just a regular workplace with desks and wires. We’ve been here for a good while. The school across the road makes it easy to find us, though the traffic during school hours can be a bit of a pain. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just handle the projects we get. Sometimes the work is complicated, and we stay late to finish it. Other times, it's pretty routine. We have a mix of experienced people and younger folks who know their way around software. We don't have any fancy awards on the walls. We just focus on the code and the hardware. It’s a steady job in a steady neighborhood. We keep things simple and try to avoid any unnecessary drama. That’s just the way we operate here in Naroda. We just keep the computers running and the clients updated on their stuff.
