Patel Nirav

I set up Patel Nirav over at 61, Dharmanath Prabhu Society. We are right near Adishwar Nagar in Naroda, which is a busy part of the town. The society is mostly families, so it is a friendly place to be during the day. I have been here for a while, and the neighbors are all used to seeing me coming and going at odd hours. The space inside is quite small, just enough for a desk and some storage bins for our stuff. We don't have a big reception desk or a secretary answering phones. If the phone rings, I usually just pick it up myself while I am working on something else. It is a very hands-on way to do things. Naroda can be quite noisy with all the shops and traffic nearby, but our little corner in the society stays mostly peaceful. Sometimes I forget to tidy up the desk, so there are piles of notes everywhere. It’s a bit messy but I know where everything is. People stop by sometimes just to chat or ask for directions because we are easy to spot. We are not some big corporation with branches everywhere. It is just me in this one spot, doing the work the best I can. That is the long and short of it for our little business here. I like the fact that I can walk to the local market for lunch.
