Parksan Filters P. Ltd

Our shop, Parksan Filters, is out in Vasai East at Unit 3 in the Saraswati Industrial Estate. It’s a bit of a journey to get out here if you aren't from the area, but it’s where all the action is for manufacturing. The estate is always buzzing with the sound of machinery and the smell of metal and oil. Our unit is packed with filters in various stages of being put together. It’s a very hands-on environment. You won't find anyone in a suit here; we’re all in our work clothes, often with a bit of grease on them. We have a few machines that have been with us since we started, and they’ve got their own sounds that we’ve grown to understand over time. The floor is concrete and stays cool even when the sun is beating down on the roof. We spend our days checking specs and making sure everything fits together the way it’s supposed to. It’s a lot of repetitive movement, but we take it seriously because these filters have to work right. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a big order, and the whole estate gets quiet while we’re still under the lights. We don't have a big front office or a glossy brochure to hand out. If someone wants to know what we do, we just show them the actual work sitting on the benches. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it’s served us well enough.
