Paprika Pratishtha Restaurant

You can find us on the ground floor of Swiss Plaza, specifically at A/14. We are right across from Manekbaug Hall in the Ambavadi area. It is a pretty busy spot, especially when there are events or weddings at the hall across the street. We get a lot of people coming in from there. The restaurant has been here for a while, and we are used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in. We do not really use a lot of fancy words to talk about our place. It is just a spot where people come to eat. We have our regulars who come in and the staff knows them by name. The kitchen is always going, and there is a lot of steam and noise throughout the day. Ambavadi is a nice part of town, but the traffic can be a bit much sometimes. We just focus on our tables and making sure everyone gets their food. It is a lot of work, especially during the dinner rush when every seat is taken. We don't have some big mission statement. We just open the doors, cook the food, and clean up at the end of the night so we can do it all again the next day. It is just how we live our lives here, staying busy in our little corner of the plaza.
