Padma Handicraft

Our place, Padma Handicraft, is in the Sumel Business Park No. 2. We are located at B 164 on the first floor, right behind Vanijya Bhavan in the Kankaria area. Being in a big business park like Sumel means there are always people moving around and a lot of different offices and shops nearby. Kankaria is a well-known part of the city, and having the Bhavan right behind us makes it easy for people to find where we are. Our workspace on the first floor is where we keep all our supplies and do most of the crafting. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it is quieter up here than it is down on the street level. We have a lot of shelves filled with finished pieces and raw materials waiting to be used. The windows look out over the busy park, and we can see the daily hustle of the city from our desks. It is a busy atmosphere, but inside our unit, we try to keep things organized so we can get our work done. We don't have a fancy showroom, just a solid space where the actual production happens. Sometimes the hallways are noisy with deliveries, but we just shut the door and focus on the tasks at hand. It is a good spot for us, being close to the center of things in Kankaria while having our own little corner to work in.
