Our office is at Number 605 in the President House building. We are right across from C N Vidhayalay in the Ambawadi area. Being on the sixth floor gives us a pretty good view of the traffic below, especially when the school lets out and the kids are everywhere. Pacifica Industrial Services Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a good while. The building is one of those older commercial spots with a lift that is a bit slow and a stairwell that echoes. Inside our office, it’s mostly just desks, filing cabinets, and the sound of the fans. We don’t have any fancy art on the walls or modern furniture. It’s a functional space where we handle industrial service requests. We get a lot of mail and documents because of the nature of the work. Ambawadi is a central spot, so it’s easy for people to drop by, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We usually eat lunch at our desks or go to one of the small stalls nearby. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. We know the security guards and the other people working on our floor. It’s a regular routine of checking emails, making calls, and keeping track of the industrial jobs we have going on at any given time. It’s a simple way to spend the work week.
