We have been set up here at B 6 Madhavadi Apartment in Ghatlodiya for a good while now. Most of the people around this part of Gujarat know us just as the guys who deal with computer problems. It is not a very big office, just a regular space where we keep our tools and parts. We started Pace Computer Consultants because we saw how much trouble folks were having with their office setups and home PCs. Everyday life here is mostly about answering phones and trying to figure out why a machine won't boot up or why the internet is acting slow again. We don't have fancy uniforms or a big reception desk. Usually, there are just a few of us sitting around with motherboards and screwdrivers. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the cables on the floor, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time just talking to customers who walk in from the street. They tell us what’s wrong, and we try to give them a straight answer without using too many big technical words that don't mean much to a normal person. It’s hard work sometimes, especially when the heat in Ahmedabad gets really bad in the summer, but we like being part of the local neighborhood. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day. If you are looking for us, we are right there in the apartment building.
