Our shop is over in the Ravi Industrial Estate in Andheri East. It’s 102, so we are right there in the middle of all the noise and activity on M. C. Road. If you know Mumbai, you know how hectic Andheri East gets. There’s always a truck blocking the way or someone rushing past with a box. We deal with computers and parts, and our space is usually filled with boxes and cables everywhere. It isn't the cleanest or most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We spend the day testing things, fixing what’s broken, and packing up orders to go out. It gets pretty warm in the industrial estate, so we usually have a few fans going all day long. We’ve been in this spot for years and have seen plenty of neighbors come and go. It’s a lot of work keeping up with all the tech changes, but we just handle what comes our way. People from the other units in the estate often drop in to ask for help with their own systems. We aren't a big fancy tech firm; we are just a local business trying to keep things running. Most of our time is spent looking at screens or inside computer towers. It’s a bit cramped in 102, but it works for us. We just keep doing our thing day after day. There is no point in making things more complicated than they need to be.
