Out here in Manavadar, things move a bit slower than in the big cities. We are located in Sardarnagar Society, near the Sindhi Samaj. The address is Chitrakut, and our office for Optimized Solutions Pvt Ltd is basically a part of the local neighborhood. It’s a bit different running a company from this part of Gujarat. We don't have a big glass building. It’s more of a local setup where everyone knows everyone. We spend our days on computers, working on various technical solutions for people who need them. Being in the Agadh district means we are quite far from the tech hubs, but the internet works well enough for us. Sometimes the neighborhood noise gets into the office, like kids playing or someone's radio, but we don't mind. It feels like home because it is. We started this because we wanted to do something professional without leaving our hometown. Most of our work comes from word of mouth around the area. We have a small team and we usually eat lunch together. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We wear casual clothes and talk about local news while we work. It’s a quiet life, but we stay busy with the projects we have. We just try to do honest work from our little corner of the world. It works for us and the commute is just a few minutes.
