Optimize Events

Being located right in the heart of Ahmedabad, specifically in the 380001 postal code area, means that things are always moving very fast around us. Optimize Events is our small contribution to the city's busy daily life. We do not have a massive warehouse or a whole fleet of trucks parked outside. Usually, it is just a few of us working out of a very modest office space. We handle events because we are pretty good at organizing things, but we do not pretend to be something we are not. There are no suits or formal meetings in our office. We mostly just wear comfortable clothes and spend our time on the phone or running around town to check on different sites. Ahmedabad is a huge city with a lot of noise and traffic, and we are right in the thick of it most days. Sometimes our schedules get totally messed up because of the road conditions or some last-minute change from a vendor, but we just roll with it and keep moving. We do not have a polished sales pitch to give people. If someone asks what we do, we just tell them we help set things up so their event goes okay. It is practical work that keeps us busy. We have learned a lot over the years about what works and what does not work in this specific city. We like the energy here and just want to keep working.
