Our office is on the first floor of the Sampanna Complex. It's right in Navrangpura, which is always busy. If you know the Havmor Restaurant, we're just across the road from there. We’ve been working out of this spot for a few years now. It’s not a huge space, but it’s where all the planning for the weddings and parties happens. Ahmedabad can be a crazy place to get things moving, especially with the traffic around Navrangpura in the evenings. We spend a lot of time on the phone with decorators and caterers. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when we have all the samples and fabric books laid out on the tables. We do everything from small birthday parties to bigger events, though we don't like to use fancy business words for them. It's just helping people get their special day sorted without too much stress. The team is small. We usually have tea from the stall downstairs while we look over the floor plans. Sometimes things go wrong, like a florist being late or the lights not working right, and we have to scramble. That’s just the nature of this kind of work. It’s not always pretty. We don't have some big glossy brochure to show off. People usually find us because they saw a wedding we did or someone told them about us. We’re just here most days from ten till late, trying to keep everything on schedule. It’s a lot of running around. The stairs are a bit steep too.
