One Dot Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is on the fourth floor, room 406, in the Abhishree building. We’re right opposite Star India Bazaar, so it’s easy to find if you’re looking for it. The area is always crowded with shoppers, which makes finding parking a bit of a nightmare sometimes. Inside the office, it’s a lot more relaxed. We have a few rooms filled with desks and some whiteboards that are usually covered in scribbles that only half of us understand. We do a lot of problem-solving here. It’s not always pretty, and sometimes we have to stay late to figure things out, but we get there in the end. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small group trying to provide solutions that actually work for people. We don't use much jargon because it just confuses everyone. We just talk like regular people. If someone has a question, they just walk over to the next desk and ask. It’s better that way. We have a small balcony where people go to get some air when the office gets too stuffy. It’s a basic setup, really. We’ve got our computers, our coffee mugs, and a lot of work to do. We don't bother with fancy mission statements. We just focus on the tasks we have for the week. It’s just how we operate, and it seems to work out okay for everyone involved.
