You can find us over at the Sai Plaza Complex in Deesa. We are based on the first floor, in office FF-8. It’s right next to the ICICI Bank, so it’s a pretty easy spot for people to locate if they are coming from out of town. We’ve been operating here in the Banas Kantha district for some time, handling various smartlink services for the community. It’s a small team of us, and we mostly just stick to our daily routine. The office is basic and practical, but it serves its purpose for the kind of work we do. We deal with a lot of technical service requests throughout the typical workday. Deesa is a good, busy town, and being at Sai Plaza puts us right in the middle of where things happen. We aren't trying to pretend to be some giant corporation with fancy receptionists and expensive furniture. It’s just us and our equipment. Some days are definitely busier than others, especially when a bunch of service requests come in at the same time. We handle the paperwork, take the calls, and try to keep everything moving forward as best as we can. The bank nearby is a good landmark for people to remember. We've lived and worked in this area for years, so we know the local scene quite well. It’s a straightforward business without any bells or whistles. We just show up and do the work that needs doing each day.
