Om Shanti Satins Limited

You can find our office at 7/1/28/4/1 on Shyam Karan Road, right in the heart of Ameerpet. It’s a very crowded neighborhood, so it’s always a bit of a challenge to navigate the streets around here. Our space is usually packed with rolls of satin and different kinds of fabric. We spend a lot of time checking the colors and the feel of the cloth to make sure it’s what was ordered. The shelves go all the way to the ceiling, so we have to use ladders a lot. It’s a bit dusty because of the fabric fibers, but we don’t mind it much. The building is older and doesn't have a lot of modern features, but it serves our purpose just fine. We have a few staff members who have been with us for years and they know exactly where every roll of cloth is stored. Ameerpet has a lot of energy, and we can hear the street vendors and the traffic from our windows all day. Sometimes we have customers coming in to look at the stock, and we just show them what we have on the racks. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a place where we store and sort the fabric. We keep the lights on and the fans running and just get through the day’s orders. On rainy days, the roof leaks a tiny bit near the back door, so we have to move the satin rolls.
