Om Events

Our place is at 24 Bajkhedawal Society in Maninagar. It is tucked away behind Madhukunj Society, so it has a neighborhood feel rather than being on a main road. We are quite close to the Maninagar Railway Station, which is handy. We have been doing event work from here for a good while. The house is where we keep our supplies and where we sit down to plan things out. Ahmedabad is a huge city, but Maninagar feels like its own little world sometimes. We handle various types of events, mostly things like birthdays or local gatherings. It is not always pretty work; there is a lot of carrying stuff and setting up tents in the heat. Sometimes the society is quiet, and other times it is full of kids playing outside while we are trying to load the van. We are not a big corporate company with a glass office. We are just local people helping other local people with their big days. We know the area well, which helps when we need to find a specific vendor or a shortcut through the traffic. Being near the station means there are always people moving around. We just keep our schedules on the wall and try to stay ahead of the next booking. It is a straightforward way to earn a living. We enjoy being part of the community here and just doing the work as it comes in.
