Our office is tucked away in Paldi, Ahmedabad. If you know where Tagore Hall is, we are just behind it. Specifically, we are in B/6 of the Hasmi Appartment, near the Jafari Flats. It’s a pretty old part of the city, so it has that lived-in feel. Offbeat Developers Pvt Ltd isn't some giant corporation with a glass skyscraper. We just have this small apartment space turned into an office. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but it works for us. The museum is nearby too, which is a good landmark for people who get lost trying to find the apartment. We handle a lot of development projects from this little base. The walls are covered with plans and maps. Sometimes the parking out front is a nightmare because the streets are narrow, but that’s just how Paldi is. We like being in this area because it’s close to the center of things. We’ve been here for a few years now. The neighbors are mostly families, so it stays relatively quiet during the day. We don’t have a receptionist or anything; you just knock on the door and someone will let you in. It’s a very informal setup. We spend most of our time on the phone or out at site visits. When we are here, we are usually just catching up on emails or drawing things up. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their jobs.
