Vikas Eye Hospital

You can find Vikas Eye Hospital at Plot No. C-10/11 in the Jayraj Complex. We are located on the ground floor, which makes it much easier for our patients to get in and out, especially the older folks who have trouble with stairs. Being at the Soni Ni Chawl Cross Road means there is always a lot of traffic and noise right outside our doors. Inside, we try to keep things a bit more orderly, though the waiting room can get quite crowded on Monday mornings. We have a few simple rooms for check-ups and a small area for the staff to rest. It isn't a massive corporate hospital with marble floors; it’s just a local clinic where people come to get their eyes looked at. We’ve been in this complex for a while, and the people in the neighborhood know us well. The doctors and the nursing staff are usually busy from the moment we open the doors. We spend a lot of time talking to patients and explaining things in simple English so they understand what's going on with their vision. Sometimes the power flickers because of the heavy load in the area, but we have a backup to keep the important equipment running. It’s a busy, sometimes hectic place, but we feel like a part of the local community. We just focus on seeing as many people as we can and making sure they get the care they need.
