Ocean Enterprises

We are located on the second floor of Marine Towers, at F 3. The building is right where Old Lakshmi Talkies used to be, so it’s easy for people to find the landmark even if the cinema is gone. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a climb every morning since the lift isn't always reliable. The office is pretty simple. We have some desks, a couple of old chairs, and a lot of files. It’s Ocean Enterprises, but we aren't a massive company. It’s just a handful of us managing the day-to-day tasks. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy to worry about that. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy from the street below, especially during rush hour. We deal with various business things, mostly keeping track of clients and orders. It’s the kind of place where you know where every pen and stapler is because nothing much changes. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. The view from the window is just other buildings and the street, but it feels like home. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just get the work done and head home when the clock strikes five. It’s a steady rhythm that works for us. There is an old ceiling fan that clicks while it turns. It’s a bit annoying but we’ve gotten used to the sound over the years.
