You can find us at Orchid Greenfield in Applewood Township. It’s a bit out of the main city chaos of Ahmedabad, which is nice. We are in unit A2 21. Working in a township is a bit different because it feels more residential and peaceful than a typical commercial hub. Most of us at Nxtdm Llp live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless there’s construction on the road. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some desks, good chairs because we sit a lot, and a small kitchen area where we make coffee or heat up lunch. We aren't into the whole corporate culture of long meetings that don't go anywhere. Usually, we just talk across the room if something needs to be discussed. It’s a very flat structure here; nobody is acting like a big boss or making demands. We spend our days looking at data and digital stuff on our screens. The township has some nice green spots, so sometimes we take a walk when our eyes get tired. We don't have a PR person writing fancy bios for us. This is just a small business trying to do its part. We keep things honest and straightforward. We focus on the tasks we have for the day and try not to overcomplicate things. It’s a steady pace, and we’re happy with that. We don't need any polished marketing talk to justify being here.
