Nutec Infotech is based in Ahmedabad, specifically in the Naranpura area. We are in the Aryan Flats, which is at B 15. It’s right opposite the Mandar Flats and just behind St. Xaviers Loyala School. Being near a school means it gets very busy during the mornings and afternoons when parents are dropping off their kids. Our office is basically an apartment that we have converted into a workspace. It makes for a very casual atmosphere. We have computers set up in the main rooms, and wires running along the floor boards. It’s not a shiny corporate park, but it works for what we do with IT and software. Ahmedabad gets incredibly hot, so the AC is always running, even if it makes a bit of a racket. We are a small team, and we usually just sit around the large table to discuss whatever project we are coding or fixing at the moment. Naranpura is a good neighborhood because everything you need is within walking distance. We often go out to the local tea stalls during our breaks. The office has a lived-in feel, with some old books on the shelves and spare keyboards piled up in the corner. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it when someone knocks. It’s a very practical, hands-on way to run a tech business without all the unnecessary overhead.
